What we process and why
We process technical data needed to display and protect the website, such as the IP address, request time and address, and browser information. Necessary cookies and similar technologies are used only for security and basic service operation, including session handling and storing consent choices; they operate without consent. Settings such as the site language belong to the optional Preferences category and are stored only when it is enabled.
We may measure use of the website through aggregate statistics including the host and path without query parameters, visit source, and general device and browser information. The raw IP address and full User-Agent are not stored in the analytics event dataset. Visitor and session identifiers are used only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Technical data, necessary technologies, identifier-free statistics and the delivery check are processed for the controller's legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, understanding its use, and responding to your request to check the delivery area. Optional analytics with identifiers is based on consent, which you may withdraw at any time in cookie settings.
Delivery address check
To check the delivery area, you provide only an address and, when needed, a locality. We send the address to check delivery without your first or last name, email address, phone number or order details, and do not link it to those details or a user account. The data is used only to determine whether the point is inside a delivery zone and to show the delivery fee.
We do not save it in a durable database; it may remain in a temporary server cache for up to 24 hours to reduce requests to the provider.
The address and locality are sent to an external geocoding provider — Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) by default. When the map is displayed, your browser connects to an external map-tile provider — OpenStreetMap servers by default — which receives standard technical data including the IP address.
Recipients and retention
Data may be received by hosting, infrastructure and security providers and by the geocoding and map providers described above, only as needed to operate the website. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and error diagnosis. Raw analytics events are retained for 35 days; daily aggregate statistics without visitor or session identifiers may be retained indefinitely. After consent, a visitor identifier may remain in the browser for up to 13 months and a session identifier expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
